Sprache ist schon ein dolles Ding.
Das denken auch die Autoren der Gruppe „Oulipo“. Die versteht sich als eine „Werkstatt für potentielle Literatur“ (L' Ouvroir de Littérature Potentielle – 1960 von den französischen Schriftstellern Raymond Queneau und François Le Lionnais gegründet).
In dieser Werkstatt wird ebenso handwerklich wie künstlerisch mit der Sprache gearbeitet. Es geht darum, die Möglichkeiten von Sprache und Literatur zu erweitern – und zwar durch Regelhaftigkeit und Formenzwang. Das mag paradox klingen, ist es aber nicht. Wenn die Oulipos Techniken in den Mittelpunkt stellen, um literarische Texte hervorzubringen, hat das nichts mit Formalismus zu tun, sondern ist spielerische Textarbeit im Rahmen kreativen Schreibens.
Man bastelt zum Beispiel an Pangrammen, bei denen es gilt, alle Buchstaben des Alphabets in einem (möglichst kurzen) Text unterzubringen: „The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.“ Oder man wendet die „Methode S+7“ an: In einem bekannten Text ersetzt man alle Substantive durch die, die in einem Wörterbuch an der 7. Stelle nach dem ausgetauschten stehen: „Im Anflug war das Wrack.“
Georges Perec hat einen Brief mit 1300 Wörtern in Form eines Palindroms verfasst, d.h. man kann den Brief auch komplett rückwärts lesen. Bekannter aber ist Perecs Roman „Anton Voyls Fortgang“ – ein Text, ganz ohne „e“! (Eugen Helmlé hat dieses Formprinzip beibehalten, als er den Roman ins Deutsche übersetzte.)
Alles gut und schön, sagen Sie jetzt. Aber was hat das bitteschön mit der „Themenwoche“ zu tun?

Aber sagen Sie mal ehrlich. Ist das nicht aufregend, was die Oulipos so machen? Möchte man da nicht selbst sogleich ans Werk gehen? Überkommt Sie nicht die Lust, Buchstaben oder Wörter zu puzzeln, zu sehen, was da für schöne, verrückte, lustige, erstaunliche, absurde oder sonstwie kleine Texte entstehen?
Mh. Ach so. Na denn:
Zwei beige Eier pfeifen eine kleine Weise. Keines verzweifelt bei gleichbleibend Hundertdreiundreißischgradwassertemperatur. Derweil keift ein weißes: „Unsereins erleidet unheimliche Pein! Kein Schwein verspeist drei siedendheiße Eier!“ Ei eins pfeift heiter weiter. Allein Ei zwei schreitet ein: „Weichei! Dein Greinen beeinträchtigt meine Persönlichkeitsentfaltung! Sei leise, sei weise: Begreif dein Dasein einfach rein geistig!“
Zufreiden, ääh, zufrieden??
